A traditional English bitter, second in demand only to our Blonde. Using Best Ale malt as a base we accentuate the malty, biscuity flavours with the addition of speciality malts to bring more subtle toasted and caramel flavours and a copper colouring. Pilgrim as a bittering hop and Celeia (A little used slovenian hop) to bring hoppy floral notes to round off the balance.
